We created this home for a downsizing couple that still needed full functionality in a condensed space.
We established flow through the service spaces of the home by allowing access to both sides of the laundry room, that also housed the extra freezer for more food (read: frozen pizza) storage.
The homeowner could come in the front entry, hang their coat in the closet, use the powder room, drop off the shirt they spilled lasagna on at dinner, and head straight into the master bedroom to get ready for bed. Slick, right?
